About VPNHey
A network acceleration service for everyday cross-border access.
VPNHey provides international routes for accessing websites around the world, using AI tools, streaming and working remotely. The service covers 110+ countries and 170+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux and unlimited devices online at the same time. Choose based on your destinations and actual usage. Plan prices and data terms are listed on the plans page.
Route Selection and Troubleshooting
Test routes against your destination
When choosing a route, first check the destination service’s regional requirements, then compare how each route performs in practice. IEPL, relayed and direct routes suit different situations; distance alone does not determine performance. During peak hours, test with your local network and target app. The route list in your user panel is the authoritative reference, and a single connection result should not be taken as a long-term indicator.

Troubleshoot by symptom
If something goes wrong, first determine whether you cannot connect at all, a webpage will not load, or only one app is unavailable. Then follow the troubleshooting guide. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket through the panel with your platform, client, selected route and error details. Remove passwords, subscription links and sensitive payment information from screenshots. The service offers a 30-day money-back guarantee; see the terms of service for details.

Privacy and Data Minimization
VPNHey follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. No email address is needed to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Information collection is limited to account management, subscription delivery and necessary troubleshooting. Quantum encryption is part of the service’s security messaging, but network connection protection does not replace security measures for accounts on destination websites. See the privacy policy and terms of service for details about data handling and usage rules.
